This is a beautiful area of Mt Mee. Following the fire trail brings you to an escarpment with views over Wivenhoe Dam. Sometimes it is about the journey and not the destination!

Springbrook National Park, is one of those areas that is so close to Brisbane I often wonder why I don’t go there more! This beautiful rock overhang can be found on the Warrie Circuit. Along this walk you see a great variety of wildlife including Crimson Rosellas, King Parrots and, in the rockpools, little blue crayfish. Forget your “warries” and enjoy this absolutely spectacular area!

Mt Lindesay is a very distinct landmark near the Qld/NSW border and often referred to as a "wedding cake" because of the tiers. I love to sit and absorb the beauty of this mountain and the surrounding dry Australian landscape with its wide, open spaces - it is a place where you can really breathe.
